Terms of use
Last updated 7 September 2026. Draft: to be refined with legal review.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use Mind Culture. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been used without your permission.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store it, show it to the people you choose, and process it to provide the features you use, including sending it to the services named in the privacy policy. Do not add content you have no right to share, and do not use the service to harass, spam or impersonate anyone.
Sharing and following
Sharing sends content to the people you pick; they see your name with it. Following is by consent: someone must accept you before you see what they share, and either side can end it at any time.
Fair use
AI features, transcription and email are shared resources with per-account limits. Automated access is through the documented API and MCP endpoint with your own keys; do not scrape, probe or overload the service.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is, and features may change. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mind Culture is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
